We have been eating at Jen Chan's since they opened and have never had a bad meal. We love it so much I've had 3 birthday dinners and our wedding reception there. The staff has always been accommodating & helpful. We love how family friendly and cozy it is with 2 kids in tow. When they started to add a health insurance tax option I was so happy to pay the additional charge. As someone who worked in restaurants off and on most of my life I know how life changing an unexpected illness can be. I've never questioned it, never removed it (even though I know they would happily take it off if I asked) and I admire Emily & Jen for always going above and beyond to take care of their staff. During a global pandemic that nearly shuttered every small restaurant we loved- they pivoted and kept staff working as much as possible. To find a place with top notch food, ethical owners & a killer drink menu is a dream.

JenChan’s was amazing. When we booked our reservation we didn’t realize that it was during brunch so the menu was limited. It was limited but mighty AND filling. The food was so flavorful. The Brussels sprouts were 🔥. So much so that we ordered 2 more orders of Brussels sprouts. The wings were crispy and the shumai was 😚. My husband really liked the sweet potato pop tart. Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to go back and try something from the full menu.

I have personally been going to Jen Chan’s for years. I first started with the supper delivery and now buy out restaurant annually for a night for my law firm’s holiday party. And YES we do pay the additional fee to subsidize the health insurance for staff. I asked about the charge when it was first added. It was explained to me, and I happily paid it. The food is outstanding. The service is outstanding. The atmosphere is outstanding. Jen and Emily, and all of their staff do an excellent job to take care of each and everyone of their customers. EVERYONE in the restaurant makes sure your experience is awesome. I have former employees who are no longer with my firm who beg for a coveted invite to the holiday party at Jen Chan’s. I happily recommend this business.

JenChan’s is my new favorite place in Atlanta. I can’t believe it has taken me this long to eat here given I live close by. We weren’t aware we would need reservations on a Sunday night (not sure if they’re always this busy or because it’s a holiday weekend), but the servers who greeted us were so friendly and put us on the list, letting us know it might be around 30 minutes. We didn’t mind waiting, I already liked the atmosphere the moment I walked in. We ended up seated at the bar, and I’m so glad we did. The bartender, Sam, is so amazing. Perfect service. Even with a full bar, he was always fun and attentive. The food is delicious!!! We ordered the fried maitake mushrooms (General Tsao’s flavor), the Sesame Street fries and the Mongolian beef cheesesteak (Impossible) with a side of fried rice. JenChan’s will definitely be my new regular spot.

Seriously one of my favorite places to eat in Atlanta. The service is always amazing, the owners normally walk around and make sure you’re enjoying your time there, and the food is ALWAYS good. Their menu switches up from time to time which is also cool, they try new things + flavors while still keeping some of the staples that bring us back. The lemon pepper wings are so freaking good. 11/10 recommend! The consistency alone keeps bringing me back.

We love Jen Chans! We signed up for the gay card and were so excited last time, we forgot to use it. We love to take out of town friends here for brunch because there’s always something for everyone! Highly recommend ordering several items and sharing, family style! Also, love to play games between bites.

JenChan’s of the most welcoming and caring family owned neighborhood restaurants ever! The staff they hire on is equally as caring and welcoming. This place, hands down, serves the best pizza I’ve ever had. It can be tough finding delicious pizza as a vegan and JenChan’s knows what they are doing. 💯 would recommend the Vegan Mongolian Pizza for my fellow vegan friends. ❤️

JenChan's food is unique and delicious, once it actually gets to you. We tried multiple apps/websites (including JenChan's) to get delivery, and had no luck. We finally got one to work for pickup. I arrived at the pickup time and they said they had just received my order, which was fine - not their fault! I got a drink at the bar and waited. It ended up taking over 45 minutes for my pizza and fries, with everyone at the bar around me ordering and receiving their food after I came in. I was grateful to the very attentive bartender who went to go find my order for me. After I got home I realized that they did not follow our requests to remove certain ingredients. The food we got was delicious! Certainly made it worth the wait. I love the flavor combos in the pizza and the fries are addictive. We do want to try it again, just hopefully with better service!
